These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quit Smoking Hypnosis & Vaping mobile application (the "App") provided by AppsLab LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 17 years old. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

2. Health and safety disclaimer

The App provides relaxation and hypnosis audio and general wellness tools to support you in reducing or stopping nicotine use. It is not medical advice, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional care. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Nicotine withdrawal can affect mood, sleep and appetite; consult a qualified healthcare provider before quitting, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart, lung or mental health condition, or take medication. Do not use nicotine replacement or quit medications other than as directed by a professional.

Never listen to hypnosis or relaxation sessions while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. Do not use the sessions if you have epilepsy, psychosis or a similar condition without your doctor's approval. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions, free trials and billing

The App is free to download. Some content requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If you start a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Intellectual property

The App, including its audio sessions, scripts, design, logos and software, is owned by AppsLab LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, record, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the App.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsLab LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and AppsLab LLC, not Apple. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
